The 2400 series program process controller is an industrial process control instrument designed by the latest measurement and control technology. Adopting advanced hardware and software design technology, it has the characteristics of high accuracy in measurement and control.
Supporting 9 process curves, each can set 24 program curves, which can realize the process control of 24 section curves. According to the needs of 24 section curves, relay action output, 5 groups of PID calls and other practical functions can be realized. Realize the complex demand of curve process control.
The program process controller has dual output control functions of heating and cooling. The carbon potential control function in heat treatment application can be realized by the second input oxygen probe sensor.
The second auxiliary input channel has the following functions: heater disconnection alarm function, remote DCS remote setting value SV, oxygen probe input carbon potential control function. Dual sensor high and low temperature switching function.
The 2 groups of switch and light input can realize flexible switching of various application functions.
This process controller has 31 kinds of commonly used industrial signal sensor input functions.
The control output types are: relay, analog linear signal, solid state relay output (transistor), thyristor (which can directly drive electrical equipment under 5 A).
The program controller has a very convenient man-machine interface design, and the key operation is simple and convenient. When the program curve is executed, it can prompt the current remaining time and the current setting value and so on.
The local editing and input of program curve is simple and convenient. The program curve has the function of data retention and alarm exemption.
The advanced control algorithm is adopted to adapt to various operating conditions.
